Kinetic Typography:
”Signals” by Fury Weekend

The Kinetic Typography project fuses visual design with motion media, animation, and typography. With video footage sourced primarily from National Geographic, my narrative follows the story of two astronauts in space. Typography appears on the screen in time with the lyrics of the song and interacts with visual elements from the chosen videos. The target audience for this video would frankly be anyone curious enough to watch it, but it’s meant to stand in as a sort of music video or lyric video for the composer. Video footage is color-matched for visual cohesion.
