This was the first 1:18 scale model that I purchased, and of course, it had to be a Volvo XC90. The model is highly detailed with body-colored trim, year-appropriate wheels, and a full interior with all seven seats, a sunroof, and a split-folding tailgate. I took some photos of my model next to my own XC90 to show the comparison between the two and to have fun with the drastic difference in scale. The only difference is the scale model has a 2.5T inline 5-cylinder turbocharged engine whereas the full-size XC90 has a 4.4L V8 from Yamaha. I am hoping to collect other Volvo models and even to consider customizing them with new paint colors, wheels, and also better photoshoots.
